I'm Jacob, a highly motivated IT professional with a passion for learning and growing. I've been interested in technology since I was a kid, and I've achieved numerous accomplishments in my career, including graduating with a Diploma in Information Technology Systems Manager and a B.S. in Network Operations and Security. I'm also a certified CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, ComTIA Pentest+, CompTIA Project+, and Cisco Certified Network Associate.

My family, including my wife Juliana and daughter Adeline, motivate me to continue learning and growing in the field of information technology. My future aspirations include obtaining the Cisco Certified Network Professional for Implementing Cisco Enterprise Advanced Routing and Services and pursuing a graduate degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.

I'm a quick learner with excellent communication and customer service skills. I'm punctual, display a strong work ethic, and value integrity in everything I do.
